Mary's Nutrition Coaching Story

I thought that a few handy tips and some encouragement from a friendly coach would be it. Little did I know that I was in for a time of challenging but exhilarating soul searching. - Mary

I'm really excited to share this nutrition coaching story. It was an honour to witness such an incredible series of breakthroughs and to see so much growth in such a short space of time. It lights me up to see my ladies do the inside work in coming home to themselves. Finding a deep respect for their bodies, building trust with themselves and being empowered by this new found knowledge of self.

Here's what Mary had to say about her 12 week Nutrition Coaching journey:

"I decided to jump into the Nutrition Coaching with Tiffany on the

recommendation of a friend and I am so glad I did. At first I had no

idea of what I might learn from the sessions, thinking that all I wanted

to do was lose a little bit of weight. I thought that a few handy tips

and some encouragement from a friendly coach would be it. Little did I

know that I was in for a time of challenging but exhilarating soul

searching. But don't let that put you off. The coaching is like a

swimming pool. You can jump in at the deep end, tread water, thrash

about and then swim, or you can take it very gently at the shallow end,

moving gradually into the deeper stuff only as and when you choose.

Tiff's job as the coach is to guide you through whatever you choose to

explore and to make sure you do so at your own pace and get as much out

of each section as is appropriate for you before you move on to another

topic or activity. And I just loved it! I enjoyed having a whole lot of

new information on eating, diet, how our bodies work, how our minds

work, on meditation and so on, and in particular some excellent articles

on how to listen to our bodies, how to have fun and live life more

fully. The sessions helped me to slow down, to think about what I am

eating, to make better, more deliberate choices. And from there how to

slow my life down and enjoy what I am doing, whether it is work,

housework, exercise, meeting a friend or reading a book. The course has

so much content but with a sensitive and attentive coach you are guided

through to explore what you need. So, the course itself is great, but

the key is working with a good coach who knows how to point you in the

most helpful direction for you, to remind you to follow through on the

plans you have chosen to put in place but without ever being

dictatorial. Tiff shines in this role and I recommend you give her a try!"

Nutrition Coaching is so much more than just food! If you'd like to find out more about nutrition coaching and see if it's a good fit for you then pop me a message and we'll hop on a call!
