This morning I had a wrap up call with a wonderful lady who has completed her nutrition coaching program with me after 3 months. I am so proud of Jeanne. She really has put in 110%, engaging with the material, reflecting, sharing and most importantly implementing the practices into her everyday - building strong and healthy habits surrounding nutrition, mindset and overall health. It's been amazing to be a part of and I am so honoured to have had the opportunity to coach her on her journey.
Here's what Jeanne had to say about her nutrition coaching experience:
"I did the Nutrition Coaching for three months. I didn’t know what to expect but it was beyond anything I could have imagined. I thought I would get a diet sheet and a list of do’s and don’ts but Tiff first asked me what I wanted to achieve. It took me a couple of weeks to work that out!
As I progressed through the course it made me think about the reasons why we do what we do and how our thoughts and feelings have an impact on how we live our life, as well as
practical help on how to decide what we eat which puts us in charge of food rather than have it control us. Instead of being restrictive, the coaching encouraged me to try new things and broadened my culinary horizons!
There is so much to help you live your best life and I would recommend it, you don’t even have to want to lose weight to benefit from the course. It really is tailored to you and what you want to achieve."
