3 Breakfasts that will actually fuel your morning!

And no, they're not all eggs!

#1 Black Forest Overnight Oats


These could basically be a pudding or a late night snack because they are so sweet, chocolatey and satisfying but today we will call them breakfast. Overnight Oats are one of my favourite breakfasts for early mornings when I need grab and go before class. They're also the perfect post-workout snack to feed your body for recovery and power you through the morning.



#2 Smoked Salmon & Avocado on Rye

I love this one for when I'm feeling a cool, a little hipstery and have a bit more time in the morning. If I'm extra hungry or know I have a big morning and need a little more staying power I'll add some poached eggs. This recipe calls for a fancy little yoghurt dressing which honestly makes all the difference to how plush you feel ;) I like to top this on the rye sourdough from Tescos or the german rye breads from Aldi but it works just as well on any sexy little bread you can get your hands on!




#3 Red Bean Breakfast

Now this is full on Brunch mode or maybe even work from home mode if you're in a job that doesn't check up on your desk time :D. It's meat-free and has a decent amount of protein. You could sub out the kidney beans for black beans and add an extra egg to up your protein if that's what you need. Plant-based or Vegan eaters a little tofu scramble would go perfectly with this. I like to drizzle it with extra hot sauce but you do you!

I tried the overnight oats as I was on the go straight after gym (added some cacoa nibs and pomegranate seeds too) it was really yummy.. thanks Tiff
