Group Classes
Whether you're looking for your Holy Grail weekly class, a new routine or something to stretch you out after your weights session, we've got you. With small group class sizes you can be sure to have that individual attention so you get the most out of every class. Our classes range from Strength/Tone and Cardio to Pilates, Yoga and Barre offering something for everyone.
Classes can be purchased PAYG, as part of a gym membership or as a Class Pass. Classes can be book 8 days in advance. To see class descriptions, click on the class you'd like to know more about.
