What equipment do you have?
We have a gym with everything you need for a great session! We are primarily a lifting gym so you won't find rows and rows of treadmills and bikes here but we are equipped for your cardio needs too! With 2 squat racks, lat pull down, low row, cable machine, dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, battle rope, suspension trainer, hip thrust set up, benches and space to deadlift, do mat work or circuit training you'll be pleasantly surprised at everything we fit in. For cardio we've got rowers, an airbike, cross trainer an a fancy pants treadmill.

What are your opening hours?
5am - 10:30pm! We work on a fob system so you can come and go as you please.

Do you have shower / changing facilities?
YES! We have a shower/changing room complete with hair/skincare products and separate hair drying/styling station so you can leave feeling fresh and ready for whatever's next.

Can I just do classes?
Yes! We have a separate space for classes and you can book this PAYG to give it a go. If you like it then it's best to purchase a credit pack. Depending on how many you choose you can get your classes for 50% off.

Do you have just a gym membership?
Yes! We have one membership that you can add onto. Our basic memberships includes an 8 Week Strength training program that you can choose to follow (or not!) You''ll also get our Workout of the Week, Frun Club and Lift Club classes included. You'll also get access to our training app to build your own workouts and track your progress.

What if I'm a Beginner?
We LOVE beginners! So much so that we include a 12 Week Beginners strength training program when you sign up as well as our Beginners Strength Foundations Lift Club class so you can feel confident and supported training here at Elevate.

Can you help with nutrition?
Yes! We have a brilliant in house nutrition coach, Ali.
Ali is offers 1:1 Coaching sessions and runs our regular 12 Week Weight Loss Courses as well as our weekly Mind Body Macros nutrition support group. You can find her availability under the Memberships tab --> Nutrition Coaching

Do you offer day passes for the gym?
No, the way our fob system is set up we aren't able to do this but if you're just curious you're really welcome to book a gym tour / chat with us and we'll happily show you around.
